Production process:

Cooling curing: The thin stream extruded from the spinneret is rapidly cooled and cured in the air to form the primary fiber. The speed and way of cooling have an important impact on the structure and performance of the fiber, and it is usually cooled by side-blowing or water cooling.

Winding: The cured fiber is wound into a cylinder through the winding device to form the finished polypropylene POY filament. The winding speed and tension need to be precisely controlled to ensure the molding quality and subsequent processing performance of the cylinder.
