With the continuous change and development of fashion trends, people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of apparel fabrics.
Polypropylene made from PP Polyester has very low hygroscopicity, and its moisture regain is regarded as 0%. Therefore, its garments are known for their advantages such as quick drying, very cool, and no shrinkage.
Polypropylene Pu-silk main uses: carpet floor fabrics, curtains, furniture fabrics, canvas, bags, paste wall fabrics, ropes, lines.
The basic properties of polypropylene Polyester:
1. Polypropylene Pu-silk morphology: The vertical surface of polypropylene is flat and smooth with a circular section.
2. Polypropylene Polypropylene Density: The biggest advantage of polypropylene is its light texture. Its density is only 0.91g/cm3, which is the lightest density among common chemical fibers.
3. Polypropylene Pu strong filament elongation: polypropylene filament strength, elongation, the initial modulus is higher, excellent elasticity. Therefore, polypropylene wear resistance is good. In addition, the wet strength of polypropylene filaments is basically equal to dry strength.
4. Polypropylene Pu strong silk hygroscopicity and dyeing: polypropylene moisture absorption is very small, almost no moisture, the general atmospheric conditions, the resurgence rate is close to zero. However, it has a wicking effect and can transmit water vapor through the capillary in the fabric without any absorption by itself.
5. Polypropylene Pu strong acid and alkali resistance: polypropylene has good chemical resistance, in addition to concentrated nitric acid, strong caustic soda, the polypropylene acid and alkali resistance to good performance.
6. Polypropylene Pu strong light resistance: polypropylene light resistance is poor, thermal stability is also poor, easy to aging, intolerant ironing. However, anti-aging properties can be improved by adding anti-aging agents during spinning. In addition, polypropylene has good electrical insulation, but static electricity is easily generated during processing.
Polypropylene Pu-silk is widely used in sportswear fabrics because of its light texture, quick-drying, and non-shrinking properties.
